This weekend was a bit stressful. One of my dogs, April, was attacked by a Great Dane. She will be ok, but it was very scary to see this “horse” come around the corner and just attack my 25 lb dog for no reason.
I wish that we could do a Vulcan mind meld and figure out what they are thinking or why they do certain things, because you know they can’t tell us.
Anyway, a trip to the emergency vet (couldn’t reach ours) and my baby looks like Frankenstein. She definitely had a guardian angel looking out for her because there was no damage to the organs.
It’ll be a long recovery but at least she is still alive.
When I search for blogs I never know what I will find and that is half of the fun of it really. I was surprised I ran across yours though. It is excellent writing though. You have talent in there – keep it up.
